Reviews
Welcome to Ireland 🇮🇪 🇮🇪🇮🇪!
This is as close as you will get to Ireland without traveling to Ireland. The bar and restaurant itself is decorated in an Irish theme from floor to ceiling throughout the restaurant & bar that makes you feel you are somewhere in Ireland. It creates this amazing ambience where you feel you have to stay and order a Guinness.
This is a five minute drive from the house. It’s safe to say that this is our regular watering hole.
This is our favorite spot from the excellent collection of whiskey, and various options of drinks available, to the phenomenal food offerings they have from the Wedge Salad — that is absolutely delicious- to the amazing fish sandwich.
French fries are to die for and we also tried the cornbeef & cabbage dinner. Let me tell you something. I’m not really a fan of Cornbeef & Cabbage, however, <<<>>>. The Cornbeef is LEAN and the cabbage is well flavored. They don’t just plop down a big hunk of tasteless cabbage like the other places do.
The service here fantastic with each staff member on top of their game with making sure you are attended to. The Bartenders know their drinks and customers well after you go two or three times.
Attached to this establishment is a gift shop that sells paraphernalia that you would only find in Ireland. From books, keychains, photos… etc.
The prices? A little high. But you get what you pay for because this is not just a place to go out to eat and drink. This is an experience & destination you don’t want to miss.
Trust me on this. Give this place a shot!
I went and had dinner with some friends after a work conference and it was really enjoyable. The live music and the food was great!
The only mistake we made was not making a reservation, but we still have an exceptional time. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks. The bartender was on his game, mixing drinks to perfection. We met a local who said that everything on the menu was good.
We then got a table and ordered. The food came out very fast and was amazing. The Irish Cheese Stake Sandwich had a perfectly tender slab of corned beef. The staff kept constantly checking up and making sure we were good. A nice touch was the craft of ice water the waitress left at the table. It was recommended that we check out the restrooms..... they were very elegant spacious and private.
Overall they created an amazing environment and have a staff ( hostess, bartender, chef, server) that all work together to serve their customers.
Oh..... and they have live music on select nights from amazing talent.
There's something to do if people do business with the title of Irish pub. First of all, they have to follow the Guinness beer properly according to the traditional way.
Pub ,have to figure out how to make the rules of Irish Coffee properly.
That's why the bartender & Chef are pretty important however here was not that had to drink not as my expectation.
The atmosphere of the restaurant and PUB was very good and the food looked delicious,
It was a very attractive place and can recommend .
It's a big place for a pub that allows them to offer food. The fish and chips were excellent. They manage to get big portions of cod tasting incredibly good. I haven't tried the rest of the menu but it is worth it for the F&C's. The atmosphere is very good too. On the expensive side...
After hearing people talking about O'Caine's we looked at reviews and decided to give it a try.
We found the ambiance to be amazing, the service was great, booth was very comfortable and a lot of good energy inside.
The food was good; different flavors but overall given the price of a small meal for two people (no alcohol) we didn't feel like it was really worth the cost of the entire meal.
Again, I say we enjoyed the experience overall, we were glad we tried it but our experaince just didn't seem to be inline with other reviews about the food. We do leave O'Caine's Irish Pub as a go-to given the right circumstances and likely to be a place we may suggest to out of town guests looking for this sort of dining option.
I'll first begin by saying that this establishment is super clean and the aesthetic is lovely. The service is amazing. Our server, Lady, was super helpful and patient in recommending items and answering every question we had. She was even kind enough to bring me a glass of club soda when the Aviation Cocktain was too strong for me. We started of with the Rings of Fire and they were definitely onion rings like I've never had before. At first I didn't think I would enjoy them but they were very delicious and savory. The portions are very big, I would even say that one can order one entree and share it with someone else. The real pot of gold here was the "Chief Cooey's Sticky Toffee Pudding, it is so delicious, flavorful, and moist. The ice cream that it comes with compliments the pudding perfectly.
Loved it. Lived up to the 4.6 star reviews. Had the Blarney burger, onion rings and the beet salad. All excellent and interesting/unique surprises/tastes in the items ordered. Service was great and the cool/most excellent restrooms! Nice drafts too!
